The State Ep06: The Evangelical Manifesto, Global Warming and Evangelicalism, The Ethics of Voting, and Other Stories

Here she is. This weeks first episode of The State with special guest co-host Davey Henreckson. Davey is a great addition to the show and plans to sit in once a week as a co-host!!! I’m very excited to have him on-board.

I started off the show with a story on Bush’s recent comments regarding the dollar problem, and then hit a bunch of smaller stories - including stories related to the global warming bill and leading evangelicals thoughts on it. Davey discusses The Evangelical Manifesto, and the ethics of voting, and - as usual - has good things to say.

The State Ep2: Bush’s Eschatology, Distrusting Government, The South American Union, Pesticides and Jerusalem Syndrome

In today’s episode I discussed an article out of Israel regarding George Bush’s eschatology. Is Bush a Zionist? (I think so) Is he a dispensational pre-millennialist? (I don’t think so). I also talk about why a large majority of Americans and Brits don’t trust their government, why Germany has banned several pesticides, and the movement towards international unions - what I call super states.
